European Shipping Update

Unfortunately, due to the introduction of new EU packaging and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations, we have temporarily paused online shipping to European destinations.

As a small independent business, the new rules can require immense administrative burden, packaging registrations and compliance procedures depending on the European country in which an order is delivered. The new regulatory framework is still being implemented and until the rules on small and mirco-businesses becomes clearer, we have chosen not to ship to these destinations.

All online orders can be collected from us in person in Lisbon, Portugal.

If you're visiting Portugal, you're very welcome to place your order online and select Store Pickup at checkout.

We hope to introduce European shipping as soon as we can do so responsibly and sustainably for a business of our size.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide and package and send out our shipments once a week. Once dispatched the order will be sent via UPS. You will receive a tracking number in your email address. We are not responsible for customs and import duty taxes in the destination country.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
